Championships Per Capita
It’s no secret that no other NFL franchise has won as many world championships as the Green Bay Packers but no other city has won as many championships as little ole Green Bay. This includes cities that have had multiple teams (New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Cleveland etc.)
In fact, if we divide the population of championship winning cities by their population, Green Bay would have one championship for every 8,060 people. The second closest city is Canton and they haven’t won a championship since the 20’s.
Also, to show I’m a good guy, I am counting NFL championships so that means Minneapolis made the list. I feel bad for them. It doesn’t make a difference that they got smoked by the Chiefs in the Super Bowl.
After this year, Green Bay will have a championship for every 7,484 people.
